April 12th More fun school stuff
Tues for some reason have just really turned into lots of school around here.
We are still loving our Weaver curriculum! We all learn about the same things, to varying degrees.
Our oldest Trey is dyslexic, so keeping school fun is essential! Today we started a study of Architecture. We made floor plans of castles! It was so fun to read about the various architecture main areas and that the little notches cut out of the top of castle walls are called crenelations!
Next week we will assemble cardboard castles accirding to each boys specific layouts. Today we experimented with play dough as a building tool. Abi had a great time!
Abi asked me to braid her hair pretty for when daddy got home. :-)
