Ice Cream Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:
4 cans buttermilk refrigerated biscuits(10 ct)
1 cup brown sugar 1 cup white granulated sugar
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup any flavor ice cream (cinnamon, butterbrickle our favorites)
2 sticks margarine (1-cup)

Directions:
Cut biscuits in fourths and roll them in a mixture of the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Place in 9 X 13 pan. In a microwave save bowl, melt the ice cream, brown sugar and margarine. Stir to blend. Add any leftover sugar/cinnamon mixture to melted mixture and pour over your cut and coated biscuit pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Turn out onto a jelly roll pan lined with aluminum foil. Enjoy!

This is the recipe that I use, although, I thought it was too much sugar, and clearly you won't think that they aren't sweet enough, so I only used the 1c brown sugar, and we were all thrilled with the results! :-)
I have only tried it with vanilla ice-cream, but I'm anxious to try it with butter pecan! Doesn't that sound amazing?!?
