Advantage Home Inspection

Steve Zavilla w/Advantage Home Inspection came by today. He was very nice, unassuming. And being a little secretive. :-).
He brought in his gear, and immediately was ambushed by little people. He was so nice though. He explained all, of his "toys" to the kids. It was funny. He asked if there was anything wrong with the house that we wanted to mention beforehand. :-) David and I looked at eachother for a second, David shrugged and said, "No, I don't think so." Then he starts walking through and you remember the little things. A light switch that doesn't turn anything on. A thermostat that isn't connected to a heater. A ceiling fan with no pull string. ;-) You forget the little idiosyncrasies of an older house.
Close to the end of his visit, David said, "Isn't it amazing what Keller Williams is doing for us?" He got this relieved look on his face, and said, "Oh good! I wasn't sure if you knew what they were planning, but when they told me, I volunteered my services, and I'm so excited for your family!"
Sweet man was trying to keep QUITE a secret! :-)

Overall the house got a clean bill of health! Ad we are on to the next step! :-)
You know the great thing about Steve? He is the kind of guy that if you needed an inspector, and your husband couldn't be there, you would still feel comfortable letting him in. :-). The kids all followed him out, waving like he was their new best friend. I took a couple of pics but the kiddos were swarming and they came out blurry.
So for now, just his findings folder and business card will have to do. :-)

Thank you Mr Steve!!!
