Nov 26th My friend and God's provision
Yesterday was thanksgiving, always a favorite holiday of mine!! I love the traditions, the food, the family time.
This year with David's job being. . . hard, and money is very tight, we were struggling with whether or not to go down to our family's to celebrate it with them or buy groceries. I have a friend. A very close friend that I tell everything. After telling her our situation she said, ' Come down. Come see us, and we'll help.'
We had a wonderful time with David's family!! Spent special time with his grandma that calls us every single sunday. An aunt that lives out of state. Got to know my brother in law to be.
We had a great time with them, and then went to our friends house. Instead of the pitiful little amount that we were going to shop with, we left their house with three times the amount!!! God used them to provide for us above and beyond what we expected!
We have so much to be grateful for!! We are still waiting to hear about the boys and Disneyland, but we are trusting God to work it out for His glory.
